Roller pressure molding process

Porous membrane by gel extrusion method

The ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene (UHMW-PE) is dissolved in a volatile solvent, the continuous extrusion, and then by a heat reversible gel / crystallization process, it becomes a moist gel membrane, the membrane was dried and the solvent was distilled off.
